- Exercise at least 3 times per week
- Spend time outdoors
- Obtain at least 8 hours of sleep each night
- Control your blood sugar by eating nutritious whole foods that do not contain processed sugars and carbohydrates
- Drink plenty of filtered water and stay hydrated
